Each workout is simple, effective, and done at your own pace, using functional movements without advanced gymnastics or heavy barbell lifts. That means you can walk in with confidence, knowing you’ll be supported every step of the way. You’ll still experience the same expert coaching, encouragement, and welcoming community that define Route 3, just in a format built to meet you where you are and help you keep showing up for yourself.
Every Wellness WOD starts with a coach-led warm-up and clear guidance so you know exactly what to do and feel confident from the moment you walk in. From there, you’ll move into a 30-minute workout focused on functional strength and conditioning designed to help you feel stronger, more energized, and capable in your everyday life.
