Through fun, coach-led classes, children ages 5–12 develop strength, coordination, teamwork, and resilience in a safe, encouraging environment.
Every class is age-appropriate and designed to help each child succeed at their own pace. Whether they're discovering fitness for the first time or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, our coaches make every class engaging, supportive, and full of opportunities to grow.
