If we don’t know WHAT your goals are and WHAT has held you back in the past we won’t know how to help. We will get to know you, give you a quick tour of our facility and see if we’re a good fit. There is no pressure to sign up.
No! At Route 3 we work hard to instruct all of our members on moving well and continuing to move even better over time. We firmly believe that fitness is supposed to help you be better at the things you want to do in life and getting hurt is in complete opposition to that happening.
We have people of all fitness levels here but helping people get in shape is what we do. Each workout is tailored to your level and will be written for you at your level. We will help you learn your pace and move well first in order to help ease the transition!
Absolutely! We believe believe fitness is for everyone, and everyone needs fitness in their life. At Route 3 we have a diverse background of people from varying levels of fitness. From kids to grandparents and everything in between we have something for everyone.
No, unless you think that working on being better then you were yesterday is a competition with yourself. Then… sure?
Classes range from 45 minutes to an hour. We have a high level of respect for your time and understand that it is valuable so we want to make the time you give us very impactful.
