Strength + Movement

These classes are our bread and butter. If you’ve been looking for the next challenge in your fitness routine look no further. This class meets at the intersection of functionality and aesthetics. Like our other classes these workouts change everyday. You can expect everything from squats to bicep curls and the toughest ab exercises you’ve ever done all while we crank up the cardio to eleven and challenge those lungs! Every class starts with an overview of the class and workout structure followed by demos of the movements and modifications. Be careful with this one it’s known to be very addicting!

Just Move

No heavy weights. No tricky or intimidating movements. Think quick warmup, 10-20 minutes of high intensity workouts with movements that change daily, ab work cool down. Just like all of our classes these workouts start with an overview of the class and workout structure followed by demos of the movements and modifications. Walk-in feeling antsy, walk out feeling more alive.

If you’re ready for your next challenge and want to join our Strength + Movement we have a 1-on-1 intro course with one of our experienced coaches that will prepare you for our classes. We will incorporate various tools to help you reach your goals. From nutrition counseling to spending time understanding your current abilities…we’ve got your back!
